Banana and dates for sweetness, almonds, cashew butter and peanuts for body, cocoa stirred right through. The heaviest of the six: brown, thick and meant to be sipped slowly.

What are Smart Smoothies?
Smart Smoothies are ready-to-drink smoothies in cans: real fruit and veg, plus each blend’s wellness heart, like collagen, magnesium or whey. Blended fresh in Cape Town, no prep needed.
How are the smoothies delivered?
Via courier, chilled to your door. Each route has a set delivery day (Fridays for offices, Saturday and Sunday for homes) and our courier confirms your slot by WhatsApp. R89 flat across the Cape Town metro.
Can I subscribe?
Not yet. For now we run on weekly deliveries. Place your order and it arrives on your next delivery day. A subscribe-and-save option is on the roadmap.
Where do you deliver?
Across the Cape Town metro for a flat R89, and delivery is FREE on orders over R499. Outside the metro? Message us and we’ll see what we can do.
Do I need to add or prep anything?
Nothing. The can is the smoothie, keep it cold, shake well, pop the tab and sip.
How long do the cans keep?
Keep them refrigerated and enjoy by the use-by date printed on each can. Shake before drinking, real ingredients settle.
Do you deliver to restaurants or cafes?
Yes. We supply restaurants, cafés and gyms with frozen ready-to-blend packs in trade boxes of 24, at R39 a pack. See our Become a Smoothie Partner page.
When do I need to order by?
We blend and deliver every week. Your confirmation shows your delivery date before you pay.
